How to use: Soak a sheet of seaweed in warm water and leave for a few minutes until the dehydrated algae has softened. Cut to size according to the areas to be treated:

FACE: divide into small strips to be applied on the forehead and chin

FEET: cut small strips to be applied on feet and ankles

BODY: depending on the area to be treated, cut the giant algae into parts of the right size.
