The user can place orders on La Cremerie website by entering the individual items in the virtual shopping cart and confirm it in the "Shopping Cart" menu item. To purchase online, the User must be at least 18 years old and provide all the necessary data for billing and shipping. The articles will be saved in the registered user's cart.

Method of payment of the public area of ​​the site
Paypal
The user who places an order in the public section of the site can make the payment through the Paypal interface, a fast and secure payment system.
Once the order is completed and confirmed, the buyer will be redirected to the PayPal site, where he can access his account by entering his personal e-mail address and password.
After registration you can proceed to payments via PayPal without having to re-enter the data, even for subsequent purchases.
By choosing to pay with PayPal the amount is debited directly on the credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or prepaid (PostePay) assigned. PayPal protects the buyer's information as no financial information is passed.

Right of withdrawal and its effects
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days (withdrawal period). The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by him, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is obliged to inform Fenan srls of his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the Customer sends the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If the Customer withdraws from the present contract, the cost incurred for the order from which it wishes to withdraw, including delivery costs, will be refunded without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day Prima srls receives the goods back. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed; in any case, the Customer will not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement. The refund can be suspended until receipt of the goods.

The Customer is required to return the goods or deliver them to Fenan Srls, at the factory Via Benito Graziani 1A Cittaducale (RI), Italy, without undue delay. The direct costs of returning the goods will be charged to the customer.

The Customer can not in any case exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of sealed goods that can not be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection that have been opened after delivery.

Non-conformity of products and defective products

The Products offered on the Website comply with national and Community legislation. The images and colors of the Products published on the Site may differ from the real ones due to the local settings of the systems and / or tools used for their visualization.
